The hotel is tired and in need of a refresh. My room, that I was double charged for and the hotel have been making up pathetic excuses to try and stall refunding me the money they stole (I have had to take them to the small claims court to get a refund), had a damp smell and very over-used appearance. Be very careful when booking a room here, as they may try to con you out of more money.

Worst experience ever, spoilt ebooker rating

I booked this hotel thought ebooker, by the time I’m arrived. The front door is locked. And it was raining outside. The staff inside don’t let me get in. I call them and they answer the call, I said I have a reservation. He told me they are fully booked and no room available. Then hang up and walk away from reception. And I called again thy just ignore my phone call. End up with I call ebooker and complaint. Ebooker try to call them and them and they not answer either. So end of the day ebooker relocates me to nearest hotel. Don’t recommend this hotel to any1, very rude staff and even the hotel it fully book.thy should let us go inside and explain to us. Not just ignore our reservation and make us stand under the rain.1st time ever having a bad exp booked a such worst hotel

Good, apart from traffic noise

Pros: Clean, wifi, en suite, location.
Cons: Better sound proof windows, maybe double windows.
Location: Easy access to north London and central London.
Hotel was good, clean and as expected. My only issue was the room I had with the window on the main road side was too noisy. The traffic noise especially early morning was too loud.I would suggest putting in better sound proofing windows for those rooms.

The hotel was good enough for the cost of it, i'd say it lives up to expectations when considering the price range of hotels in London. Location was reasonably good. Some fixing might be in order and the water pressure in shower was non existing. Good enough though.
