This property was awful. Don’t ever stay here. I was worried my car was going to be stolen. This is a property they allow the homeless to stay in. Do not bring your family here.

You can tell it looks like they are trying to do some improvements to the property, but in the rooms we stayed in things were not well done. Poor paint jobs, doors that stuck, dirty vents in the bathroom.

Checked in around 730pm for a 4 night stay for work. Asked older gentleman at desk for a luggage cart. Would not reply. Asked again only to be told he did not know where it was. Took several tries to get a cart. His recomendation was to carry my luggage and work stuff, up to room. This would have taken min 10 trips. I asked if people do not have luggage when they check in? His response was no, they never have luggage. The third night there was a wedding in basement and the music was so loud the bed was shaking. Went to desk only to be told by same man, rather rudely, that they had until 11pm then the music had to stop. It was 8pm and i was checking out at 4am for a 6 hour drive. No sleep. Lastly, i had to empty my own garbage daily, and had 2 towels and 1 face cloth for 4 days.

Front desk staff were friendly and efficient in their duties. The physical building looks like "they" are in the process of fixing things up. "They" have a long way, however, to go. The room I was assigned had a comfy bed which was a highlight and the shower was hot. The security latch on the hallway door was broken off. The patio door would lock but needed a security bar. The walls in the room had numerous holes and spots where other things had been fastened when the room was configured differently. In my opinion the room was not worth the $100+ I was charged. The hotel was difficult to access because of major road reconstruction. The area itself is sketchy, for sure.

Room was clean. Bathroom was neat and clean. Some upgrades have been done and evidence of ongoing upgrades are evident in untidiness in halls. Room needs a good coat of paint through out. In wall temperature control was very noisy. Shut it down part way through the night but room was very warm with it off. Would have been nice if we were told about the ongoing construction of road in front of the motel and how exactly to get into it.
