I stayed in an executive suite recently which was great, but last night stayed in a standard room and was really disappointed. There were someone else’s contact lenses in the bin, a dirty cotton bud on the side and hair in the sink. Really disappointed considering how good my previous stay was. I also didn’t get the perks that should have been included with my booking so watch out for that!

Housekeeping service is poor. We requested for an extra bed and a baby cot when placed the booking. It was not in the room when we checked in. It took nearly an hour for housekeeping to set them up.

Huoneessa oli vain pienet ikkunat katonrajassa, muuten siisti ja hyvin hiljainen ja rauhallinen huone. Hyvät yhteydet nähtävyyksiin ja Heathrow lentokentälle. Aamupalan tilaustuotteet valmistuivat hitaasti ja olivat pöytään tuotaessa kylmiä. Henkilökunta monikansallista, kielitaito vaihteleva, kuitenkin ystävällinen palvelu. Matkatavarasäilytys jos tulee ennen huoneiden luovutusta. Voisin tulla uudestaan ja suositella muillekin.

Siisti ja hiljainen hotelli. Hyvät sängyt ja tyylikäs huone. Hyvä aamiainen, mutta hieman ahdas ravintola. Tasokas hotelli ja hyvä palvelu. Metro lähellä. Suosittelen.
