We can't say enough good things about the Ember Locke near Earl's Court. The staff was incredibly welcoming, amiable, and helpful. The garden area was a delightful place to sip our morning coffee and read. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The table with wrap around couch allowed us to relax while we snacked. The kitchenette provided a small fridge, microwave, wine glasses, dishes, and cutlery. We never used the stove, but it was available. The king bed featured a firm mattress but not too firm. The laundry facility eased the burden of our 11 night stay. Our only complaint was the depth of the bathtub, which made exiting somewhat worrisome- request a walk-in shower. The surrounding neighborhood offered varied dining, a convenient grocery store and was a five-minute walk to the Earl's Court tube station. All-in-all, a warm, wonderful place to stay in London, loved it!

Property was very nice and tidy. Small kitchenette was great for nights in. Only small issues were the shower head being low so difficult for taller people and there was a build up of mould in the shower. Gym facility was great and had plenty of equipment to use. Also having a free laundry on site was a massive help. Overall a great stay in a great location.

The room felt dark and the walls had nicks in them. The wall by the bed was stained. Our comforter was stained and we had to have it changed. Also, we didn’t know that the room is only cleaned once a week. Had we known that, we probably would not have chosen this place. The backyard area though was quite lovely and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We did enjoy the movie night one of the days.

Very nice relatively new hotel. Internal decoration and furniture is impressive. Staff at both reception and at the bar were fabulous. Didn't eat but breakfast facility looked very good as I was leaving! Will definitely use again.

First off, the picture on your website looked NOTHING like the actual building, which led to some confusion. The front desk staff was amazing, helpful and intuitive. Breakfast was really good and fresh. We actually started buying a little roll at the nearby Sainsbury's because the breakfast was too large. Convenient to everything. Loved the washer/dryer in the room. It was very hot during our stay and we ended up having a LOT of laundry!

Great location, nice rooms and excellent settings. The facilities at the hotel such as air conditioning and toilet flushing leave a lot to be desired. What promised to be a superb experience fell short due to maintenance issues. Debatable if we will return.

Great location, fun vibe in the lobby with cafe, working spaces, and a great pizza pop up while I was there. Handy for longer stays with Miele professional grade washers and dryers in the basement along with detergent pods. 1 of 2 lifts was broken the whole week I was there which could be pretty annoying. Bed was pretty lumpy and not comfortable, toilet flush didn't work quite right, and the shower head could only be set at certain angles which were either too vertical or too horizontal for me. Shower also wouldn't drain quick enough so after a 5min shower you were standing in ankle deep water. I did raise this but didn't see improvement. Kitchenette was great for cooking small meals for 1 or 2. Definitely would stay again but there is room for improvement.

Love the elegant, retro vibe. The rooms are more like studios, spacious and great for a long term stay. The location can't be beat, really convenient to the District Line, tons of bus lines and Kensington High Street for great shopping and dining. I had an issue with air conditioning for a couple of days and it took some back and forth to get it resolved, which wasn't great. The staff were kind though.
