Noisy but excellent and convenient stay near Eusto
One night stay to be near Euston station. Excellent for purpose. Noisy Euston Road was my view and another time would upgrade to quieter room.

great location, very close to 2 underground stations. The room is clean and compact. There is no wardrobe other than a rack with few hangers to hang your clothes and 2 bedside shelves. Staff are friendly and helpful

Disappointing Stay Due to Poor Maintenance and Noise Issues This was my third stay at this property, primarily due to its excellent location with access to four tube lines, making it convenient to travel around the city. My first two stays were good value for money, which kept me coming back. However, my recent experience was far from satisfactory. The hotel is an older building, refurbished a few years ago. While it was initially in great condition, it seems the maintenance has not kept up. Upon arrival, I was given a room on the second floor, but it was located near multiple air-conditioning fans just outside the window, making it impossible to relax due to the noise. Additionally, I noticed the silicone in the bathroom was badly molded, which only added to the lack of upkeep. When I requested a room change, the only available options were on the underground floor. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t improve. The first room on this floor had a noticeable damp smell, and the second had a significant leak in the bathroom. My last option was a small room without apparent issues, so I chose it, but this was just the beginning of the night's challenges. Throughout the night, street noise was constant. I could clearly hear people chatting, trucks loading, police cars, and motorcycles. The poor soundproofing and ineffective double glazing meant I struggled to sleep due to the noise outside. Overall the stay was ok, location was excellent I had to change rooms for the second night as the first room had a faulty toilet and tv, also the floor was damaged . The first room was a ground floor room and my view was off the bins! It was also very difficult to pull the cord for the blind . I had breakfast the first morning which was nice but far to over priced for what you got.

The property is central and clean, though there are steps to take your luggage up with no one helping you get there. The room is small but cute and the bed is comfy though the pillows are quite hard. I would recommend it if you are a solo traveler staying one or two nights in London

Excellent location, lovely clean hotel
Really nice hotel, lovely staff and great location. The only thing I would say is provide a physical remote control for when WiFi is not so strong for the touchscreen tablet and the safe a coffee making facilities need to be higher up. Other than that I will be returning

Budget friendly in a central location
A good 3 star hotel centrally located and it looks recently renovated. Very compact room with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom cubicle. The elevator broke down while I was there so that was a challenge with luggage and there was also some confusion on what Expdia/Hotels.com offer with benefits. Nice restaurant/cafe. If you need a quiet room ask for one away from the main street as you do hear the traffic. Good hotel for price.

The room was small but fine for a short stay. It was clean enough. The shower/bathroom is more of a wet room so be careful with wet floors. They need some hooks for the towels. The lift was lift was impossibly slow. There is tube station just outside and a working space down the road.

Complete ripoff. And unsafe. The rooms have clearly had a modern makeover sadly this hides many problems with the room. The layout is poorly done causing the room to feel very small. There is poor to no soundproofing between rooms causing me to hear my neighbours toilet emergency at 3 in the morning in great detail. The elevator is slow and the air conditioner is loud. Even if you get past the loud A/C the room is quite hot. the bed is cheap and uncomfortable. But easily the worst part was when a random stranger walked into my room. When I reported this I was told it was staff. I pointed out I had a do not disturb sign up and the man who entered never identified himself. I got a new key after that, but they only set the key for 24 hours meaning every day I had to get a new key. I don't know who the man who entered my room was or how he was able to enter. Staff didn't seem to know either and weren't that bothered to seek out the man or explain how he could get in my room. For the price this place is terrible. I would never stay here again. They clearly tried to make the place look high end while cheaping out on all the features that are essential to a comfortable stay. I don't need a tablet to control the TV. I want a functioning shampoo dispenser.
