Loved having a runway view, we didn’t need to leave the hotel until about 12 noon for our afternoon flight so the 12 noon check out time was perfect for us and being able to have a cup of tea in our rooms and watch the aeroplanes was fantastic and passed the time over nicely

Staff on checkin were not helpful and somewhat rude. Unpleasant after travelling 5 hours to reach the hotel. Hairs on shower wall which were higher than myself or wife. Not sure if I would stay here again for the price and unfriendly welcome. Not a good start to our holiday.

It should be listed as terminal 2. It’s much further away from 3 than expected and looks like on map. When planning, you should be able to rely on the hotel information ahead of waiting until there. It’s wasn’t convenient at all. They had closed the outside for rooftop bar and limited menu. Not impressed at all especially for the price

Perfect location for flights from Terminal 2. Only marked down because of the price! Lovely meal in The Apron restaurant, very friendly and attentive service. Great views of the airport from the Runway Bar, fab cocktails.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Terminal 2 and 3. The rooms were well-equipped, although a bit on the small side. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient for Terminal 2 meet and greet parking and easy access to the terminal itself. While the check-in area can get quite busy, the service provided was of good quality. However, the prices at the hotel, restaurant, and bar are steep—even for the level of service received. Overall, if you value convenience and quality, this hotel is a solid choice, but be prepared for the premium pricing.
