Only criticism would be applying a £1 service charge to every drink for spending 4-5 seconds to pour it. Good service but rooms need better lighting
Great staff and all mod cons provided in room. However the decor is so dark and the lights were so dim it was difficult to apply makeup or to pack the suitcases. There are no power points for hair dryers next to any of the mirrors. The mattress was uncomfortable as it sagging on both sides and needed to be replaced. Hotel is currently undergoing renovation and there is construction noise during business hours

Our stay at the Hilton London Bankside was exceptional. This was our first time in London, and staying at the Hilton Bankside made it all worthwhile and we expect to visit again. We are especially glad that our breakfast was included because each day the breakfast was outstanding🤗

The property is relatively new and modern. The rooms are spacious. The property is close to some London attractions, such as the London Tower, the Tower Bridge, and the Shard. The staff were quite polite. The hotel offers an excellent breakfast.

Amazing stay!
Amazing hotel!!!! Service was absolutely excellent! The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were just super friendly and helpful. Probably the best Hilton location I have ever stayed at. Only a few minutes walk to the borough market and a few minutes to the major attractions. It is in a quieter area, which we enjoyed. The only, and I say ONLY two suggestions: 1- I’d say is to invest in a heated pool. We enjoyed having access to the pool but the water was too cold to enjoy. 2 - Maybe some snacks in the lounge besides coffee and soft drinks during the day. Otherwise….amazing hotel! Book it now for your next London stay!!

Great hotel
A great hotel went to celebrate my daughter’s 12TH birthday everything about the hotel was fantastic. The staff, room and restaurant was amazing. There are plenty of restaurants around across the street from Tate museum and a short walk from the underground station.
