Very disappointing for a Hilton, no rooms available on check in at 3:30, had to wait a further 2hrs, then wasn’t given the room we booked, no temp control in the room or air con, it was 26 degrees the whole time.
Staff were not at all bothered or helpful, it was like it was an inconvenience to them.
For a well known, supposedly superior hotel group, London Euston Hilton does not follow the same standard.
