Convenient location and underground parking available. However interior desperately needs refurbishment. Rooms small and cramped, especially the bathroom with a small shower with half screen that resulted in the the floor flooding.

I feel the staff was lovely. However it’s very dated and ugly. Nice coffee though. It’s also in Holland park not Kensington so it’s confusing to name it Hilton Kensington!

Everything was perfect in this hotel.
This hotel is a fantastic experience. First and the most important is the cleanness. Everything was so clean. The room was really very nice and with great view. Very close to the centre. The area is so nice. I think the best area in London. The bus transportation is outside of the hotel for the center and also other places of the city every 10 minutes and the distance is only 15-20 minutes. Also the underground station is opposite of the hotel. The staff very helpful and so kind. Anything you ask you had it immediately. The concierge team helps me in anything I was asking. They found me a fantastic pub very close to the hotel. Near the hotel also there are many shops and the biggest shopping centre in Europe. The cozy coffee bar of Hilton, every day and night has drinks and snacks if you want to stay inside with very reasonable prices. In the lobby are lot of magazines every day. Our staying in this hotel although is a very big hotel making us to feel like home. We thank them all,for this fantastic vacation. We will be back in this hotel soon. It's a reason to be back in London city.

I would always expect The Hilton to be exceptional - unfortunately standards have dropped. Beds squeak ever time you move, bathroom needed renovation, paper cups for water are not eco friendly, dirty windows , towel rail hanging off, slow service, the list is endless we would not stay again in this hotel.

Staff were great. However - Didn’t sleep, room hot and bed was so noisy every time one of us moved creaking and squeaking. Bathroom could have been cleaner. I expect more from Hilton and the price.

Great area but the property is run down and needs a revamp. The room smelt terrible like a bad toilet smell, and the shower was mouldy with a stain shower mat. One of the worse stays I’ve had when travelling to london. On the other hand it’s conveniently located but that’s about it. I almost thought I was walking into a mix of a poor holiday in and a 1990’s casino.
