Was there for a business trip. Stayed at a king premium room. Pretty spacious. Towels are replaced and bed is made daily. The towels and bathrobe had this slight unpleasant smell but otherwise they felt clean. Room service menu is limited but 24/7. The gym has a dumbbell set and three thread mills.

Upon checking in there were not enough agents to deal with the number of guests checking in. There is no doorman or anyone to help you with your bags. The lifts let you off on one level, but our room was up a few steps. There were not enough towels in our room, the television was not working, and one of the twin beds was not made up. Although all of that was sorted out in the end, those things should have been in place without having to call reception for help.

OK price but not what you'd expect from a Hilton

Okay sums it up. OK on the price but not what we would have expected for a Hilton. Rooms very small (you couldn't walk past the end of the bed - you had to shimmy sideways - Tv was massive but at a diagonal to the bed so not easy to view - decoration tired and slightly tatty. Restaurant prices were excessive - £24 Breakfast! Reception staff not great, broke off booking us in stop and chat to duty manager about a previous customer - and the duty manager was the scruffiest member of staff on the counter. Just expected more and better from a Hilton and didn't get it at this one.

Great Value/Service. Comfortable/Superb breakfast.

A one night stay chosen for price and location to Royal Albert Hall. Parking was easy & check-in staff were brilliant. We selected our twin room which was very clean and comfortable, even though they were single beds. Despite being facing main road, we slept surprisingly well with no noise from corridor or adjoining rooms. My only issue would be the stairs getting from elevator to our room (I use a crutch). Breakfast was included in our rate (highly recommended) and there was a superb buffet self-serve choice of cooked and continental. The restaurant staff were very attentive. We were able to leave car in underground carpark a few extra hours after checking out which was really helpful. Note: concession on disabled parking though. Would definitely recommend Hilton Olympia for Kensington stays.

I was quite shocked at how old and dated this property is for the price they charge. The staff were friendly and the location was handy but it hasn’t changed since the 1990s. The shower had awful water pressure and didn’t heat up after waiting so long, it was just cold water slowly dribbling out, and the beds were uncomfortable which is not surprising given nothing has been upgraded in many years. Wouldn’t stay again, as there are way better hotels at the same price point and I expected better for a Hilton

I wouldn’t stay again. The rooms smelt so bad. The cards kept failing to work to allow us access to the rooms. The restaurant staff were so slow. All the tables around us had to ask multiple times where their food was. The air conditioning might as well not been on it was so bad. I wouldn’t stay here again.
