Paddington and Hyde Park
The hotel is in an excellent location, right on the concourse/platform for Paddington, so great for Heathrow and exploring the area around Hyde Park. The family terrace room was excellent, spacious and a good view from the terrace. Breakfast was great. The club lounge was underwhelming and understocked.

This was a great hotel for being convenient to Paddington station and Heathrow express for the Airport. Great location near Hyde Park as well. The train tracks are just a few hundred feet from the hotel. We loved staying here the day before our flight home. Walkable to everything

I booked this for myself and my child as a one-night stay coming from an international flight into Heathrow. We had a fair amount of luggage as she was attending a summer camp at Oxford so it was extremely convenient to take the Heathrow Express. The hotel is pretty much attached to the train station where there are a lot of dining options, a Starbucks, a M&S grocery/deli and a Boots. All around a very convenient option.

Booked 2 rooms - experienced multiple problems with one of the rooms (air conditioning didn’t work, bathroom flooded). Staff were not helpful in getting the issues resolved and seemed unconcerned with a lack of urgency. Hotel had to eventually move us to another room after 2 days of not resolving the issues.

I expected more from a hotel bearing the Hilton brand. The first room we were allocated was unacceptable - cracked basin in the bathroom, tiles falling off behind the toilet and a nasty brown tidemark stain which looked as if there had been a sewage leak. We were moved to another room which was cleaner, but very cramped and hot. AC was very poor.
