Nice hotel shame about the lack of breakfast.
Hotel was fine. Nice staff. Location ok once we had figured out trains and buses as there is no tube station close by. However, we would think twice about staying here again due to the lack of breakfast items. We arrived 1 hour before the end of breakfast and both days many items had run out abd were intermittently refilled only only to instantly disappear again. We did not have a full breakfast either day. The juice was watered down and the coffee unpleasant

The room was average in terms of size and condition. The room faced a gas station and busy road which was noisy on occasion. The breakfast was disappointing with a limited selection of items.

The room was nice enough, albeit 2 tea bags is rather mean spirited. The pillows are also very hard, so be aware of that. Breakfast was simply terrible: undercooked bacon, anaemic sausages, overdone scrambled eggs, no juice glasses, no hash browns, one out of two coffee machines not working, etc. Staff tried hard, but were unable to save what was a pretty sub-par stay.

I travelled for one month on this trip, and stayed at 12 different hotels, this was the absolute worst in terms of service from staff during my stay. After leaving, I had some concerns and contacted the hotel via phone and email, and no one has responded to me. I absolutely do NOT recommend the Holiday Inn Express Wandsworth
