Giving this a 1 star rating. Booked this through Expedia weeks in advance, got to the hotel and tried to use the same card I used to book the room and got told they only accept full credit cards for their $100 deposit. I offered visa debit, Mastercard debit, and even cash. They had my drivers license as well but refused all my options. I ended up not getting to stay at the hotel as they gave me zero options. Called Expedia to help and the hotel wouldn’t answer their calls. Also, they are mid Reno which they don’t tell you when you books. Restaurant was closed and elevators were “acting up” Don’t bother, find somewhere else

The room was amazing with a kitchenette in it! Newly renovated, very spacious and comfortable. We were disappointed with how tiny and shallow the pool was, and the pool was COLD! It’s a very narrow ce hotel but too pricey considering this is the off-season.

Wait for renovation to be finished.

Hotel is under construction. No advance notice given of this and not in their listing. No restaurant, no pool. Wifi was inoperable and was not told at check in. Card access to door not working so had to knock to be let in as they had the outside doors locked. Room is spacious and bed comfortable.

We booked 4 rooms 2 months before the date needed. We arrived at 3 pm to check in and were told the rooms were not ready and were still being cleaned. We asked about rooms being together and were told that they could give us 4 rooms on the 6th floor. We returned 20 minutes later and were told that 3 rooms were ready but the 4th was not ready. We were then told that our rooms were across from one another and once going to the floor discovered they were on opposite sides of the floor. We returned to the front desk 30 minutes later and finally got to check in the final room. 3 and a half hours after check in time! We went up to the 4th room and were bombarded with the smell of stale cigarette smoke. We returned to the reception desk where we were told that was the smell of their cleaning products. After waiting another 25 minutes they gave us the 4th room on a separate floor. We went into the 4th room and attempted to use the hair dryer and the power cut off in the room. We went to reception again and told them we were going to dinner and could they fix it. Upon returning from dinner, the parking area was a sheet of glass and someone in our party slipped and fell and upon returning to our room they still had not fixed the hydro. This has been the worst hotel experience we have ever had!

Great Value for the Price!

We were in town for a funeral and hotel was a great respite. It was clean and even though they were renovating, very conscientious of guest comfort. The only glitch is they lock the front doors before 10pm which was a challenge for a late check in at an unfamiliar hotel.
