Reception ok. Sheets were clean but the room was poorly decorated and shabby. Shower head did not even have a holder. Towel rail kept falling off the wall. Toilet flush had no button. Room had only one plug socket. Virtually no lights in the room.
Afraid to open window as looked like it would just fall out.
We stayed because we were so tired from travelling from New Zealand.

This. Hotel is not for a romantic getaway this for lads weekends as its hotel that needs a lot off love and had none for over 20 years but if looking for bed for the night and cheap and cheerful this would do you no refund if you cancel a room which a bit wrong 😑
The shower was freezing and when we checked out I told them and they said, we know the whole hotel boiler was gone and is on now, I said it does not help we have left now. Not very sorry and very unclean.
BED BUGS!! Do not book this hotel for your stay - staff is so unprofessional, the building is so run down, bathroom shower was broken, and the bed bugs that bit me everywhere!!! The only positive point is the location with the metro station a couple mins walk down the road!
Water for shower head was weak to take a completely shower every stay night , no shampoo no bar soap and no room cleaning no towels change after 1st night stay and last issue was heater run all time couldn’t turn off as rooom a little bit too hot ???
Most disgusting hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Paper coming off walls, dirty walls and windows. Filthy bathroom. Tiles falling off, sink pedestal broken.
The property was unclean and damaged, we had a mouse trap in the room and there were holes in the walls and the walls were visibly dirty. The shower was broken, the toilet was broken, and the sink kept plugging. We only stayed one night, couldn’t get our money back but left anyways.
