The property was unclean and damaged, we had a mouse trap in the room and there were holes in the walls and the walls were visibly dirty. The shower was broken, the toilet was broken, and the sink kept plugging. We only stayed one night, couldn’t get our money back but left anyways.

I booked this for my friends for two nights. It was prepaid but when they arrived they said it was dirty and in terrible condition. They stayed an hour or two whilst they organised alternate accommodation. Staff were helpful with this. However, we were charged for the full two nights, though they left within hours.

Good location but very tired looking hotel and rooms. Most disappointing factor was the lack of towel animals in the room. That was a big selling point for us so obviously we were upset. Water flow in our shower was nonexistent.

I book a twin room for two nights, the hotel staff has been friendly and helpful , the room has been clean, quite overnight, close to transportation, for the money what we paid we couldn’t ask for more. For a 2 stars hotel they have from me 5 stars review. Thank you Hotel Lily team for everything, see you next time.

Toilet roll holder not screwed into the wall properly, shower took ages to heat up, bathroom door looks like some tried to put their fist through it, no sheet on top of mattress and lots of areas not cleaned like the pipes under the sink. Definitely won't be staying there again. 👎

I had a flight cancellation and had to find a room last minute. The double single room I booked was not worth the rate. The shower was broken, toilet had a broken handle, no kettle for coffee or tea, and the beds were poor with springs very apparent in the mattress. The room itself had a lot of damage and wear issues as well. I slept in my clothes as opposed to in the bed.

Extremely dirty, windows didn't close properly, not even batteries in the TV remote. Staff were not interested in anything, and the place looked derelict

Good location, but the property is very poorly cleaned and maintained!! Mould on ceiling and walls in bathrooms, stains on all walls. No appliances showing any signs of being PAT tested, thats if you're lucky enough to have a remote for the TV to turn it on!! Wont be visiting again!

Kettle did not turn off shower was a bath tub with what appeared to be a shower curtain on a rod that was unpleasant and unable to be used. Room was right beside a busy road that traffic could be heard all night including emergency vehicles
