Convenient location - not worth the price though. Booked for son's 21st. No birthday ballon, card, anything in room despite requesting this. Arrived at 2pm sent away and said they would text when room was ready (which was after 3pm check in). Nothing special about this hotel and would not return.

Staff was friendly and accommodating, location near Victoria Station made transportation super easy and the breakfast buffet at their restaurant was delicious with a good variety. Rooms were clean and had 250v and 110v power options which was terrific. Would definitely stay here again!

Do not book the basement windowless rooms u less you like a dungeon lifestyle. I paid $611 for a windowless room and the hotel couldn’t even lend me a power adaptor! Bar staff was wonderful.

Short trip to London, this hotel is in a great location very close to Victoria Station and handy for getting around. It is a quiet hotel even though it was busy. The beds are very comfortable.
