Very clean and great value for a hotel so close to Kings Cross station. Had a great sleep! The shower does soak almost the whole bathroom floor however due to the design of the room, so be prepared to always have to mop up using a towel after showering. The streets around the hotel after sunset do seem to have quite a lot of dodgy people hanging around, and probably aren't the best place to be walking around for long. But I know this isn't the hotel's fault - just good to highlight as an FYI.

The hotel is basic. Floorboards in my room squeaked constantly no matter how hard I tried to avoid creaking them. I knew the people in the next room would hear the noise, as the walls are so thin, I could hear them talking in their room. My room was tiny (although to be fair, I had chosen a single bed room as I was only there for one night before flying out). PS don’t expect a friendly welcome at reception on arrival. You’ll be lucky if you get a few mumbled words when receiving your room key.

Delightful little hotel.
We had two single rooms, ground and second floors. Both clean, comfortable, quiet. Staff lovely and helpful. I will stay here again. We are all delighted with this place.

My stay was a bit last minute and booked on same day but was pleased with quality. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was quite noisy very late on the first night when it sounded like boxes were being moved down the stairs (I was in a basement room) but otherwise it was all fine.

A 1 night stay, chosen for proximity to St Pancras for a morning train to Paris. Basic, but clean, good location, 5 minutes walk to the station, very basic amenities (1 tea bag….go to Reception and they will give a couple more, plus UHT milk pod, as none in room). Overall, a good stay, good price, would use again if travelling from St Pancras.

Lovely little gem
Lovely clean hotel, quite small but expected when in London. Great price. Would definitely stay again. Only negative was the noise.
