The hotel was very clean, room and bed were very comfortable. The front desk staff made my stay extra memorable with their excellent customer service and offering recommendations regarding the best food optoons and transportation to the airport.

A welcome rest after a very long journey. Easy to reach although the bus driver was no help at all. Room clean and comfy bed. Water pressure a bit low. No menu in room or any offer of room service. Lovely towels though. Tea/Coffee making facilities. Fridge in room. Staff lovely and helpful. Very convenient to airport but no noise from outside.

This complaint has nothing to do with the Hyatt. Beware about using the Hoppa Bus service from Terminal 3 to the hotel and from the hotel to T3. We waited almost an hour outside at LHR for the right bus to show up, and the first two scheduled morning buses were no shows. Horrible rip off, but the hotel front desk were very helpful in showing us an alternative way.
