Nice property and good space for short stay. It’s space is well planned. The breakfast plate can be a little bigger. But I guest it’s to avoid waste

Sehr gutes Hotel im Außenbezirk. Sauber, gemütlich und nettes Personal. Fußläufig gut zu erreichen ist der Bahnhof in Barking sowie ein 24hr Tesco Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke.

Leider wurde bei der Ankunft unsere Buchung nicht gefunden. Nach langem Verhandeln durften wir dann schon mal 1 Nacht bleiben, aber in einem Doppelzimmer (zu dritt!!!). Uns wurde gesagt, dass wir neu buchen und bezahlen müssten (das 5 Fache vom bereits bezahlten Preis). Nach einer schlaflosen Nacht, wurden wir am Morgen mit der Neuigkeit begrüsst, dass unsere Buchung doch noch gefunden wurde und alles ok sei. Wir könnten am Abend in ein 3er Zimmer wechseln. Keine Entschuldigung, keine Rückerstattung, etc. Am Abend war dann ein Zimmer bereit, aber nur 2 Betten bereit. Wieder mussten wir reklamieren gehen und mit ach und krach, wurde das dritte Bett bereitgestellt. Ärgerlich!

Hotel für Geschäftsreisende

Pros: Das Hotel ist von seiner Lage für Geschäftsreisende gut geeignet. Bad mit Dusche ist sehr modern, das Bett war eher etwas härter aber dennoch bequem.
Cons: Erheblichen Rückstau gab es prinzipiell durch die Kaffeemaschine, die am Ende der Theke stand. Sie sollte andeswo untergebracht sein.
Location: Es gibt einen Autobahnaschluss, der Richtung Messe und London City Airport führt - ohne Stau in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen.

Niemals wieder

Hallo Ich hatte diese Hotel vor 3 Monaten gebucht und bezahlt unsere Zimmer wurde verkauft. Wir mussten andere Hotel übernachten sowas habe ich nicht erlebt.
