Convenient and good value location for early flight. Parking spaces limited but I got one easy enough (£14 for 24 hrs). Rooms at back surprisingly quiet. Larger than average room with queen sized bed. Good quality bathroom soap. Helpful reception for taxi booking. 24/7 service. Didn't try breakfast.

We were 2 people, gave me a room with 2 single beds, than changed room and gave me a handicap room, which we hated. The carpet was gross and still had crumbs on it.

I have never stayed in a hotel without a kettle before and I thought this would come as standard like it does even in hotels around Africa. Found the receptionists quite flat - as if they are tired. I really need that kettle though, like for real?

I like the property, but we left panties and leggings inside a bag at the nightstand, we realized 3 days later as we keep traveling, where at the Costwolds for a week. When we called they said they did not find nothing in the room, my friend went in person to talk to hotel security when we came back to London and they mistreated her stating it was too late to claim property left behind? The security head was very rue to her. So just be aware to check your belongings, they will keep them if left behind!

I was disappointed that there was not a convenient and free shuttle to Heathrow. I specifically book there because of an early morning flight out. I ended up having to take a cab from the airport tube station to the hotel because it appeared the Hoppa was not running at 8:00 pm and anyway it would have been charged more for two people on the Hoppa than the cab cost.

I was informed by the front desk staff I could park my vehicle in their parking lot to unload my suitcases and would not have to pay. I was there for 35 minutes and I just received a parking fine for 100 pounds

One if the male staff was totally helpful in setting up my new SIM card !!! All of the reception and dining room staff were excellent also bar staff were friendly!!!! Would def stay there again !!!!

Just right for my overnight layover. But getting to and from the airport which is very close or to Central London means an extra short bus trip into and out of the airport to access the Underground. I probably would get a hotel actually in the airport to reduce that extra bus ride. But this hotel was quite adequate and staff were very helpful

Convenient distance from the airport, served by public transportation. Price was good for the room size and amenities, excellent choice for an overnight transit stay awaiting next morning flight. Would not have stayed if price was above $100. Loved the receptionists and the bartender.
