The only thing good about our stay was location to O2 arena. We arrived and were told you were overbooked and that we would have to stay at a hotel 20 minutes away. I explained I was traveling with my sister who has special needs. We were then given a room in the apartments with a king bed rather than twin room as we had booked. The whole hotel is under construction, not a five star experience by a long shot.

Fantastic service, made so welcome, fabulous room which made an exceptional treat to make memories worth the splurge.. My 12 tr old son and I loved every minute.. swam, popped to shops minutes away in O2, out tof some to eateries , fab view at night from amazing comfy beds if you get lucky( they try to give you one if spare when checking in .. which excited son no end..Sunday swim gym , more people watching and street performers only 2 mins outside , and home with great pics and memories.. lived the life for one night and the Hotel made it v special.

Beautiful but poor service quality
Hotel was beautiful, clean and central. But a star rating is negligible when service staff are all in training and therefore overall service quality not up to par. I’m appreciative of scheduled fire drills, but to schedule them mid morning when many guests are asked to leave the building with only enough time to half dress is unacceptable.

Had a great stay at this hotel when attending the Noah Kahan gig at the 02. So convenient and well worth the extra for being so close. The hotel was great with good sized rooms and facilities. Highly recommended if going to the 02
