Worst place, worst staff
It was a worst experience I had. I was with family including two infants. I supposed to have a key in the afternoon but manage to get it after 20:00.
I went their to enjoy with family not to be annoyed. Waste of energy and money.
The room was not cleaned prior to our checkin. No towels, no toiletries, trash bags. Food left on the kitchen counter and in th fridge. Floors were dirty and the place had a stale smell. I asked for a cleaner to come and was assured one would be there the next morning. Someone showed up in the afternoon while we were out but didn’t do anything. Still no towels or trash bags and shampoo was tossed on the counter in a pile. The floors were still filthy and the smell was the same. We could not wait to checkout. The windows also do not open and there are no fans so it gets warm in the place during the day. Would not recommend this place at all.
This "Grand" apartment is anything but. The check-in process was a farce - unresponsive to the point I had Hotels.com ready to relocate me. In the end they turned up (late) at the apartment entrance. Although not visibly dirty, the apartment appears unclean. We had to make up a bed up even though I had stated that we were 5 people. There was what appeared to be dirty laundry in the hallway, few of the light fittings had lamp shades and the electrical sockets looked old and dangerous and there were bodged aerial wires everywhere. The shower blocked after first use, so I ended up plunging (nearby plunger was a bad omen). All sorts of filth came up including two shower bottle lids. Thoroughly under-equipped kitchen; no bread knife, no oven pans, no tea towel/mit to remove hot pan from oven, no washing up liquid. I could go on... The only saving grace was that the WiFi worked and it's positioned in central London. Lesson learned - you get what you pay for.
Flat is in the basement, which I knew about. What I didn't know was that the electrics are a danger to health. Sockets hanging off the wall and wiring looked like it had been installed by Blind Pew. Floors were sticky (God knows what we were walking in). Beds were uncomfortable and of the 5/6 radiators in the flat only 2 were working.
Additionally, the flat doubled as a storage area for laundry. Some of which was no doubt, dirty. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Der Service könnte besser sein vom Hotelteam , wir mussten nach unsere Ankunft ca. eine dreiviertel Stunde vor der Haustüre warten bis eine Person kam.
auch das WLAN war Defekt
