overall the staff didnt seem to interested in the tourist that where staying at the hotel more intrested in buisness guests breakfast has alot of options but cooked breakfast eg bacon/sausages are over cooked , the room was comfy and quiet with a slight view of the shard and london bridge, the rooms advertise as having a fridge which is actually a mini bar and you can't store personal food drink or medicine items in the fridge. property is in a good location for easy transport access and alot of attractions are in walking distance

Hotel is very good as the breakfast was amazing especially for gluten free, just missed gluten free sausages and hash browns. The staff were great lovely and friendly and the room was lovely and spacious. There were a few disappointments. The pillows are too hard, the steam room didn’t have any steam, also was given an accessible room which meant the floor in the entire bathroom was wet after a shower.

Hotel is very close to London Bridge train station, just few min walking distance to best tourist attractions. Hotel itself very clean, nice, staff is friendly. Room was big and spacious, clean. Has all amenities you need. SPA is great. Loved it. All clean, no smell, not overcrowded. Breakfast is great, various food. Will stay here again for sure

We stayed for a week expecting a 4 star experience. This hotel did not deliver. The advertised spacious executive suite was not spacious. It was small and tight. The bathtub was narrow, the shower felt claustrophobic. The housekeeping was subpar - shower gel was not checked for fullness requiring me to call front desk in the evening upon return to room for service. Used espresso cups not replaced with clean ones. All they did was replace towels and tuck in duvet. Breakfast buffet was a good selection but not worth 40GBP (essentially $80 Canadian per person) - there’s only so much a person can eat. Met locals from the neighborhood who come to sit in the lobby, drink beer, and use the water/thermal facilities in the building - it felt like they used the hotel to pickup, which was off putting. Room key stopped working on 4 separate days requiring us to go the front desk for reboot. I’ll be staying elsewhere on the next visit.
