The lobby, restaurant, and bar were bright, stylish and had many different seating options. Although we only stayed here because of a long layover, this hotel has all the amenities and ambiance as if it were in the heart of the city. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and close to the airport. The TV turned on automatically every 30mins which made sleep with a baby challenging, when I told staff no action was taken. The food options in the lounge is limited but staff in the lounge were helpful.

Wonderful and friendly staff (front of staff, dining and bar team were all a credit to the hotel.) The food was delicious and the hotel team went above and beyond. We required an extra cup for our room and it was promptly rectified. Very close to airport with a shuttle service for a good price. Would highly recommend.

Excellent hotel which is very close to Heathrow, however you cannot hear the planes landing or taking off. Great restaurant, good food and good supply of tables and chairs for the bar area, all round excellent hotel
