We booked the junior suite & arrived at the property at check in time, greeted by the reception OK, the carparking was offered free, the hotel outside had big window cleaning operation was going on & workers were smoking outside the entrance wasnt good, inside the hotel looked nice but could be more clean, The path to lift, carpets were coming off everywhere,
Our suite was in 9th floor, it was very spacious, separate kitchen/bathroom, sitting area and large sleeping room, had working A/C. cosy bed, small tv and tea/coffee making facilities,mini fridge, the bathroom was good, sitting area was good,floor carpets was good but nothing much of special, there are sign's of well used bathroom, the decor all in need of uplifting, some wall areas off the paint and kitchen cold water would not come on. not a big deal but we had a sound/safe sleep over. the hotel is in a great spot, so if you are visiting wembley/wembley park its worth staying here, we didnt have any food/drink at the hotel so cannot comment. not bad, 7/10
