Convenient location close to Heathrow airport. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We booked the family room and it was perfect for 4 guests. Has the basic amenities for a short stay. Rooms are clean as well.

Stayed at this property during an 18 hour layover. Check in was silky smooth and provided a free cocktail/mocktail. The rooms were decent sized and cozy. It provided basic amenities but felt modern. Our main reason of booking this location was the proximity to the airport which was convenient through the Hoppa bus. On top access to center city London was straight forward with a bus pickup on front of the hotel and transfer through 2 trains which took about an hour.

Great staff, especially raffi, room was fine, clean but no fridge or iron but the family room was roomy. Good value. It’s easy to get into central londo, take the 111 bus outside front of hotel to terminal 2&3 at Heathrow, then the Piccadilly tube/subway into central London.
