I liked the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner, the shower and bathroom, the bed, and the kitchen. The microwave wasn't super intuitive to run. I also think that the dishwasher isn't worth running for just a few dishes, so that some dishwashing liquid should be available, to be more environmentally friendly. Also, I found the room quite hot. I turned down the thermostat to 17 yet it stayed hot for quite some time, even with the windows open.

Clean room with kitchen that comes in handy. Nice bar area. A stones throw away from 2 tube stations and plenty of bus stops near by. 5min walk to Westminster bridge and the London eye. Supermarket, coffee shops & gift shops on the same row which come in useful. Few pubs within yards. All in all a very good stay. 5*

I was told early check-in is done by availability only, but travelers cannot always control their arrival times. There should be more lobby amenities for hotel-goers that they can use when the room itself isn't ready because the absolutely barebones lobby with no coffee, no bathrooms, and no convenience resources (i.e., water/snacks/basic toiletries for purchase) is simply not enough. I'm frankly surprised this is rated a 4* hotel. Compared to Mariott and Hilton, this is 3*, with the only real benefit being the well-equipped kitchenette in the room which not a soul visiting London will ever actually use. Additionally, do the world a favor and update your website information with the hotel's actual information, e.g. the fact that there is no parking available (the website says there is) and that breakfast actually costs £17.50 rather than the £15 it says online.

We had arranged for early check in (which they charge extra for) yet when we arrived, were told there were no rooms available. We were allowed in slightly early but still had to pay full price for “early check in”. The pull out twin is basically a cot and very uncomfortable. There is no hair dryer or plug in the bathroom. Our room wasn’t clean. We paid for a city view and had a view of the wall of the building next door. And we paid for breakfast and were asked to leave before we were even done eating because there were people waiting for tables.
