Even though it is self-checking, the stuff was eager to help. The rumours were super clean and beautiful. It was a good price for a really great room. I was surprised to have a kitchen. Amazing location. Very close to everything you need to be at to be a tourist in London

I paid 110 pounds for a room upgrade with a kitchenette, the stove top did not work, the bathroom did not have handsoap, and the room was not completely clean. I told the staff at the recent several times but the issues were not solved.

This was the perfect stay in London, close to everything, walkable, places to eat around, the BEST SHOWER i had ever had in a hotel, the room was big. And there was a laundry facility. People where nice, we LOVED our stay!!!!!

The ability to self cater is great however the price for breakfast is too high. Moroever, when you want breakfast, you sometimes have to wait a long time to get a seating and when you fianlly do, the dining hall is so noisy. Staff have to be frequently reminded to clean the rooms.

location is very good. sofa and mattress are uncomfortable. no toilet bowl brush. i know it's petty but you have to ask them to clean the bowl for you. i think we're overcharged. it says king size bed but were given a double/queen. staff are okay. you can see them busy talking to each other huddled at the reception.
