The hotel itself was very nice. The drinks at the bar were all delicious and it was very convenient having the laundry facilities available. The location felt safe and was very easily walkable to the London eye, Westminster bridge, etc. Nice restaurants and pubs right near by as well.
The downside was the room. The drain in our shower didn’t drain at all and because there is no door to the shower, water would get all over the floor every time we used it. I told the staff about it and asked them to fix it, but they never did. The window in our room couldn’t close, or wouldn’t stay closed, and because it’s right near a train that runs pretty continuously, it was loud at night. And also, the AC/fan never turned on despite us trying everything.
Bottom line, the room was bad, but everything else was decent.
