Please accept my sincerest apologies and rest assured these will be both addressed and reviewed accordingly as we are concerned with the satisfaction of all of our guests.Our apologies for the fire alarm issues you encountered during your stay. Procedures and equipments are in place to save our lives and help to keep premises and their occupant's safe by providing an early warning of a possible fire and enabling people inside the building to evacuate. The detection systems react to an increase in heat or the presence of smoke but, unfortunately, they can also react to things such as steam, cigarette smoke, aerosol sprays and/ or perfumes. I very much regret the obvious inconvenience caused.
