Friendly staff who were very helpful. Very small room, uncomfortable bed with sheets that wouldn’t stay on - found myself sleeping on the mattress more than once. No hand towels. Good breakfast and service. Room could not control temperature so it was either cold or hot.

Charming Hotel with great location
The Mitre Hotel is charming and located near Paddington Underground Station. Close to plenty of restaurants and bus options, it is an older hotel with an elevator. The breakfast and staff serving were very nice. No hot foods in the rooms, however, you have the dining area to eat in for hot foods you bring inside. Front desk staff also very nice. I had the basement family room with 4 twin beds, I did not hear any loud noise, and I was situated right next to the dining hall. I chose this hotel initially because of the location, but it was very comfortable and I would stay there again.
