Dear Natalie,Please accept our apologies that the room was not what you expected.I kindly remind you that the reservations were made for a twin room, which is 2 beds, since the hotel is small we go according to our availability, and unfortunately the only two rooms available with two beds were in the basement.We have another room with two beds on the ground floor, but if it wasn't assigned to you it was because it was occupied.And lastly, no complaint was mentioned, as it was not reported in the booking, we would have been happy to find a solution,Kind Regards, Nicole
