Had a great day. The location is good and the hotel is well-maintained. Lack of drawers in our room and the shower layout caused a lot of splatter on the floor. Great breakfast selection. Would recommend the hotel overall.

A very funky hotel but some room for improvement

Overall a very nice stay. Super comfy bed, very nice on checkin and accommodating with bags. No obvious cleanliness issues, but upon wiping some bits down ourselves with a sanitising wile came up quite dirty. Rooftop bar looked good but very loud pumping music so not the right atmosphere for valentines weekend. Checkin was a little chaotic and took a while. No recycling in the room either. Good we could leave bags all day before and after though. Overall a few bits would’ve made it a 5 but good location, comfortable bed and felt safe.

Excellent Stay

The staff were friendly and approachable. The drinks at the bar were expertly made and absolutely lovely. The location of the hotel is perfect for tourism as you are in the middle of every thing you want to see.

My group of 3 are from the USA and stayed at this hotel last week for 6 nights. Before booking I watched a bunch of TikTok videos and decided on this one. It’s conveniently located to sites like Big Ben and the London eye, also a few feet away from the Underground transit system. I Loved that they had a restaurant and bar onsite. Convenient for the nights you want to relax and just chill, but there are also plenty of restaurants nearby. They offered a complimentary welcome drink upon checkin and the staff also reached out during the stay to get feedback on how things were going. They have a concierge that helps you book events. We did a musical and 2 other activities booked through the concierge. They have breakfast daily which we added as part of the stay. It included Made to order eggs and omelets, a variety of other hot and cold buffet style items. The setup of the hotel is very cute. Many Instagram worthy photo ops. They had popcorn out every night, some arcade games, rooftop bar open on the weekend and a spa. There were some issues with the room, but I spoke to Raymond and Mandie and they really went above and beyond to address our concerns. I cannot rate their customer service high enough. Definitely speak to them if you have any concerns and they will make it right. Overall, l recommend this location if you’re in London and looking for a unique hotel vibe. Location and staff were a 10/10. I will also be doing a review online allie_in_wonderland

Really lovely hotel

We had a wonderful time. Hotel is very well decorated and spotlessly clean everywhere. Bed was really comfy and shower powerful which are my two main asks of a hotel! Room amenities were great. The pool and spa area is stunning and would definitely tempt me to return. Breakfast was also fantastic, great variety, all food really tasty and great quality. Fresh omelette/egg station was a lovely touch. We had a small mishap that when we returned to our room at midnight ish the bathroom door had locked itself from the outside which was really odd, but someone came immediately and sorted it out so I can’t complain much.

Great location and base for our stay. Despite having a kingsize room the wardrobe space is in need of increasing in size as basically we didn't have room to unpack fully

Fabulous hotel and staff. From the Prosecco on arrival to the free sweets, popcorn and Polaroids all the little touches made it a great stay. Location is great, will definitely stay here again. Spa facilities were good and gym, just big enough for what we needed All the staff were super helpful and couldn’t do enough for you
