Hotel team is very helpful and thoughtful. Definitely coming back and recommend this hotel. Great for its value and lovely design. Studio suite is very spacious and great city view.

We were unfortunately downgraded on arrival, not ideal for a special occasion. We were compensated with breakfast and some bar credit. The room was very clean and comfortable and stylishly decorated. We were promised robes and slippers which never appeared. The room with a city view was a great view, however it is noisy at the front of the building as you can hear the street noise. We had breakfast… and told we could have one drink only, coffee OR orange juice. We found this rather odd. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. So mixed reviews on our stay at one hundred Shoreditch.

We visit central every couple of months for work. This time was also a family get together. I have to say I was very disappointed . First of all , positives, the girls on the rooftop bar very friendly and pleasant. Negatives - the mattress was so uncomfortable , I think I slept for a few hours then I work at 4 with an awful backache . It was hard and sloped inwards. The bath tap only let out warm water, (the sink tap hot?) no chance of having a hot bath. Good job really as , when we stay in town I normally have a hot bath and pop on a dressing gown , but there was not one. However there was a full retail shop in my room of expensive merchandise but no free bottled water, only two milks for coffee and no biscuits. Yes, there was water available in the corridor (like any cheap motel in USA) but I do not want to get up and go into the corridor! No toilet brush in bathroom.No coffee maker , a two star b&bs kettle , which didn’t work properly. All in all , very disappointed . As said ,visit very often for work. And I am a London girl who moved away, normally stay at Montcalm east or Hilton canopy which are always faultless. Very upset. And still have a back ache.

One night stay with a baby
Lovely one night stay at the One Hundred. They’ve made some changes since the last stay over a month ago - new room service menu provided by sticks’n’sushi and revamped water taps (outside the lifts), the taps are now digital. It’s always a great stay here, staff are really friendly and it’s truly a modern day hotel - e.g. they bring up your takeaway and encourage lounging / use of facilities for work /leisure in their lobby and other areas (even if you’re not staying). This was our first time with our baby and the travel cot was nice and comfy with some interesting patterns which baby liked, we also got a little baby care box which was a nice touch. I recommend their loft rooms for good views at a reasonable price.

Spent four nights as a family of four. Hotel was a short walking distance to underground stations and there was a bus stop right out front. Plenty of shopping and restaurants in the neighborhood. I will say it was very loud in the evening as there are lots of bars on the street, but this did not bother us and I’m sure one could request earplugs from the front desk if needed. Another thing to note, third-party website state that this hotel has laundry facilities… That is not the case however they do offer laundry service. If you are planning to wash laundry during your trip, bring cash as the nearest contactless payment option was about a 20 minute bus ride. Wonderful stay overall and would highly recommend.

Excellent hotel. Lovely design, nice and big rooms. Great quality all over from bed linen to furnishings. Great location. But the absolutely best part was the great service we got from the staff. So friendly, welcoming and personal service! We loved our stay
