Shower screen was thick with lime scale the automatic lights didn’t work on one side of the bed had to take bulb out. Did say at reception but nothing was done they did say they would send a cleaner up but it looked the same. Have some photos but not come out very well the door to shower is clean but side glass is shocking.

luv the property especially for the river views. though slightly baffled that the management wanted to charge me substantial for upgrading to river view room when the rooms were empty and not occupied for the duration of my stay. (even after i requested for hotelier rate). otherwise. enjoyed my stay. the staff were excellent and friendly. willing to answer any questions i had during my week there. will return in the future when visiting.

It was good. I spent £520 on the suite with a balcony and kitchenette for Valentines with my partner. When we checked in at 4pm we were told the room was not ready, they sent us up after a short wait. Upon entering the suite we immediately noticed the flooring and carpets were well worn but of course that didn’t ruin the stay by any means. The bed was super comfy although it was unfortunate to find discarded vape packaging on the bedroom carpet along with crumbs. We were also concerned to find unpleasant markings on the toilet and a distinct type of body hair in the shower. I did feel very misled that on Expedia the bathroom was described as a ‘bath/shower combination’ yet there was no bath. The balcony itself and the view were great! Really pretty at night to look at the river and see the London Eye and Big Ben further up the river. Well stocked kitchenette with cutlery, frying pans, dish washer, washing machine etc. Nice living area space with a tv (tv had very minimal bit of damage to the screen on the top right but not super noticeable or inconvenient). Room service was nice and speedy and the food was delicious, delivered to the room by very friendly staff who did not go unappreciated! Overall we were comfortable and well looked after but being sent up to a dirty room with worn out floors and carpets and finding out certain described elements (the bath) were missing was a little disappointing. 7/10

Stayed for a conference hosted in the hotel. The location is not brilliant for nightlife, but very convenient to the river and there are some good pubs around. Did not try the hotel restaurant.

Fantastic stay. Great location. Large room with view of the river. We stepped just outside of the hotel and watched the New Year’s Eve fireworks. Staff was eager to help with any needs. Highly recommend.

Excellent hotel. Rooms are very clean and well maintained and a good size. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The bar has a great view of the river and had a singer the night we stayed (a Saturday).
