Our stay at point A Kings cross was enjoyable. There was a nice breakfast, and the staff was friendly. It was a smooth and comfortable experience. There was a power outage during our stay, but the staff worked hard to explain what happened and minimize our discomfort. In the future, I will stay at point A hotels again. Thank you!

Just a few minutes walk from Kings Cross train station and tube entrance. It’s easy to get around all of London from here. The rooms were very modern, breakfast and staff were amazing and just overall great vibe

This is a modern hotel very close to Kings Cross and St Pancras stations. It is low budget, so it is basic. For example, there is no kettle tea/coffee making facilities in the room, not was there a desk. Ideal for an overnight stay.

Just the job!
Perfect location and good clean hotel. Small but adequate. Modern room. The bed wasn't the best and had a squeaky floor but nothing that really spoilt anything.

Very different kind of hotel than I’ve stayed at before. Not a bad one just inside of the building was laid out in an interesting way. Had a good stay. Air conditioning was good bed was good. Neat a/c and light dials as well as door entry.

Room was not cleaned at all during 4 night stay
We recently stayed here for 4 nights whilst on a trip to London. The staff on reception were friendly and the room was clean upon arrival. Before check in the hotel asked us what time we would be arriving and we stated 12pm although we knew the room may not be ready yet which is not an issue. Upon arrival the hotel said we were able to check in at 12pm but it would cost £15 which seem a bit ridiculous if the room is ready already and any other hotel we have stayed in has allowed us to enter early if the room is ready. Through the duration of our 4 night stay the room was not cleaned once, no clean bedding or towels were provided and no additional toilet roll was given. On the 3rd day despite leaving the room at 8:30am and not returning until gone midnight we received a bit under the door saying sorry we missed you we did not want to disturb you although we were out of the room and no do not disturb sign was up. Overall the staff were nice and the room was okay but the cleaning of the room could be improved

Very convenient for catching an early morning Eurostar; would do it again. Room was tiny, though: double bed up against the wall on one side, and virtually no storage space (just as well we had very little luggage).

Completely satisfied
As I was leaving on the Eurostar from St Pancras, this Hotel was also most convenient to all underground stations as well as ample buses in the streets. Very safe, lots of people at night plus food markets during the day. The hotel had an old facade, yet new and updated inside. One issue I had in the bathroom was a complete lack of any shelving/storage space, which I pointed out to management. Hopefully it will be remedied. I would stay at Point A Hotel again if I were to be leaving from that area.
