Modern and nice hotel that fits well if you’re looking for a place to conventionally get around in London. Nice and healthy breakfast and a lovely garden was a huge plus. Rooms are a bit bare and dark but very clean, bathroom got sopping wet and slippery after use and had to keep asking for extra towels for getting the floor dry which was not ideal. The staff not overly welcoming or friendly but were helpful. Enjoyed my stay

Very small room but very clean and lovely staff. Really quiet as we were on top floor pity about rude awaking with fire bell.

Thank you for your feedback.We are glad that you enjoyed the room and staff and your placement on the top floor.We do, however, apologise for the fire alarm that day. One of our guests left the iron unattended and it triggered the fire alarm.

Erittäin kätevä sijainti, jos lentää Stanstedin kentälle ja tulee siitä suoralla bussiyhteydellä hotellin viereen. Ystävällinen palvelu, erittäin siistit huone! Aamupala oli hyvä ja hintalaatusuhde kohdallaan. Käytämme toistekin.
