The rooms (I saw 2) for this price point are extremely small and not suitable for two people. They are extremely basic and have no tea coffee or water. May work for tourists on a low budget but totally unsuitable for business travelers and Expedia should NOT recommend for business people. There are significantly better options locally for similar prices

Super clean. Amazing staff!! Nice breakfast with hot coffee and tea. Fresh yogurt. Fruit and veggies. Gluten free options and cereal. My whole family thought I chose a “great find” with this hotel. One of our rooms was a bit smaller than the other, but all were very usable and clean. Nice size tv, ac worked, hot shower( sometimes not super powerful), comfortable beds for sure, and plenty of shelf space for clothing since there’s no closet. We had no issues with space for clothes. You can hang your clothes up on hangars along the back wall hooks as needed. I’d say there’s room for maybe 8 clothing items to hang up. Close to some great shopping and restaurants. The pizza place nearby was very good as well as the Thai restaurant. We think the walk to paddington station is very close, but that the hotel is a tad closer to Edgware road station. I prefer paddington. Staff is willing to go above and beyond, super friendly, and helped us with anything we needed! Best service we’ve had. We were on the 2nd and 4th floors. Yes, you can hear the trains rumbling slightly (not all night as the trains don’t run all night every night) but pretty late. However, it didn’t bother us at all. I brought earplugs just in case and never needed them. We didn’t notice the sound after the first night. Great place. We’d book it again. We stayed for 9 nights.

I booked this hotel for my in law's as they were transiting from London to Plymouth. They are an elderly couple. One uses a wheelchair and walking stick. The room given to them was fabulous. A good size with a walk in wet room. Perfect. The staff were helpful. Especially an Asian chap who spoke Cantonese. So it was easier for them to communicate. I would definitely book again in the future.

Overall, a pretty nice place! The room are really tiny, there was a periodic loud rumble in the building, and for some reason the TV kept turning off? Also the heating/AC was a little difficult to figure out. The staff really made the place shine as they were very very friendly and helpful!

Like the majority of hotels in England. no ice machines and no facecloths, but I'm used to that, having travelled to London on several occasions. Rooms are much smaller than what we North Americans are used to. So if you are a 1st time visitor to the UK, don't be surprised. Point A certainly is very good by British standards. Very helpful front desk staff. Excellent breakfast, but rather costly. There is a Tesco grocery store right across the street. Would stay again.

A great hotel for a short stay in London. The hotel is clean, the rooms are basic but have what you need. The beds are comfortable and the hotel is quiet. The thing we were most happy with is the staff. The staff, from the moment we arrived, until the moment we left, were excellent. Greeted on every occasion with a smile and a greeting. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They are a credit to the place and they made our stay all the more pleasant.
