Not only were the staff friendly and approachable, but the interior of the rooms and hotel itself were amazing! We even received a free upgrade. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was hot and fresh, and the overall cleanliness was impressive. I would stay here again, easily.

Checked in late, slept, had breakfast, left early. Front desk was friendly and polite. Staff at breakfast area were polite as well. Hot breakfast, simple, but decent. Room was clean and spacious. Would stay again.

I wish hotels.com would track renovations. The hotel was only accessible through the reception door for the whole stay, yet was fully bucked requiring you to walk the perimeter of the property from the back. The room was nice, but the carpet was dirty probably from the renovations. Obvious washing the dirt off your feet in the shower. And they could provide a towel hanger at the shower, not across the bathroom behind the door.

Very spacious suite room which was newly renovated, a really nice room with good aircon. A quiet area so no outside noise. Breakfast was good with hot options and a nice clean breakfast room. Really glad we chose this hotel.

Didn't have high expectaions as this was a stop to help break up a long drive. Was pleasantly surprised by the renovated rooms, friendly staff, proximity to some great restaurants within walking distance. This will definitely be our go to when in the area!

The room was clean and had all the necessities. The air conditioner was extremely loud. Bed although comfortable was set very high. Shower stall did not have any shelf to p[ace a soap or a towel.

On the outskirts of town. The room was nice, however we spilled water on the floor and it was evidently very dirty by the colour of the towel when I was wiped up- cleaning with more than a mop might help. The layout of parking was awkward especially since the card readers didn’t work to any exterior door and we had to use the main entrance. We booked this hotel for the size of the room and access to laundry facilities- they weren’t working which was disappointing. I believe there are long term tenants at the facility as well, which seemed to be evident in the staff- there was a note of guest fatigue in their approach. Overall the site served its purpose, but not worth the price we paid.
