We didn’t have air conditioning the whole stay. We asked to have it fixed, we just got fans to use. One huge plus of the hotel is the wonderful full breakfast

Love the little kitchen in the suites. The free laundry was a very nice treat. Bed was great. Breakfast had lots of choices. Tesco is right next door. Bad... Housekeeping left us with no TP for a day and was hit and miss for getting towels replaced after 3 days.

Suites in a good neighborhood
Hotel was set up well for travelers staying for more than a couple nights. The gym and laundry room were clean and the breakfast was organized--all with good availability. The breakfast food was the same each day of our stay and was "just okay." We liked having a suite, but weirdly there was more room allocated for the non-sleeping area, which left the bedroom side very cramped. Although there is no room service, an excellent Italian restaurant next door will quickly deliver food to your room. In a good neighborhood and right near a supermarket. However, if you're there as a tourist, be sure to allow extra time to travel from Kensington to any of the tourist attractions.

The Hotel is well located to visit London. Several great restaurants around and a grocery store. Walkable distance to Buses or Tube. The restaurant staff are very nice and Breakfast is very good., The only negative point is the noise that can be heard from de Hallway. This point should really be addressed by the Hotel. Thanks

Staff are very friendly/ eager to help. Kidus as soon as we entered, he greeted us and helped us to upgrade our rooms and allowed us to check in earlier. We travelled from New York and stayed a day in different hotel which travel agency booked for us and didn’t like it,had to switch. Even though, that hotel is also part of the Marriot Bonvoy but, totally different experiences we experienced. Also, want to mention Joseph and Shavkat they helped with luggage & they have a great personality as well. All of them are very professional, friendly, kind and eager to help. Whenever we saw them they always greeted us, asked how are we doing and wished a great day. We had questions about sightseeing places they recommended few and showed us how to get there. These three people went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Not just us to everyone! Just wanted to say THANK YOU SO MUCH to them!!! I’ll definitely book again for future trips & refer my friends and family. Thanks again, Umida & Maruf.

It’s near picadilly line which leads to major attractions in london, and next to a big Tesco. The room design is really bad. The double bed is right at door, the sofa bed is way too soft, the towel has no place to keep, the lift is always crowded… Overall not recommended for family.
