Lovely hotel - with a delightful concierge!
A beautiful hotel - we loved our Executive Room which was very large and comfy, and had a lovely view of the city skyline. Sebastian, the concierge, was outstanding! A true professional - he answered all of our questions, going above and beyond to assist every day. Only downside- there are no eateries near the hotel - fortunately there is a good breakfast buffet at the hotel.

What a great location. Minutes from Paddington if you have to get the train to or from Heathrow. Hotel is immaculate, rooms are large enough so that you don't feel cramped (unlike most London rooms). Well worth paying a little more for the room that you have in this hotel. Good eats are close by and the staff is friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The suite ventilation is not good. It doesn't have a fan in the washroom you can turn on/off. Otherwise the hotel is quite good overall.

Loved our stay at the Lancaster. Modern, clean and helpful staff. We had a corner room so very bright. Loved the motorized shades in room and bathroom. Bathroom is small but functional and well appointed. Plenty of space in the room. Bed was comfortable and very nice linens. Staff was accommodating to our few needs and concierge was great. We loved the breakfast each morning, many options and great room with nice views of the park. We also enjoyed afternoon Tea which was lovely. Will come back to the Lancaster when we return to London next.

I reserved a room in part because they advertised a “shuttle to the Heathrow, a rarity in London” which in fact doesn’t exist. I was flying out the next day. They WILL hire you a really expensive private car—but any high end hotel in London would do the same—hardly a “rarity.” This is a contemptible fraud.

This was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. From check in, to helpfulness, dining options, customer care and the CONCIERGE service was incredible. The only thing we had to do was enjoy ourselves. It felt like the staff was truly there to make sure we enjoyed every moment, did not worry about anything and made sure we were safe. Felt like we had family watching over us. I cannot wait to go back.
