Airport hotels can be fairly basic - but this one is awesome. Comfortable bed and an easy walk to T5, with great facilities! Small negative the hairdryer did not work (room 1021) but otherwise perfect.

Always a convenient place to stay for an early departure from T5. A typical airport hotel but it does have the advantage of an easy walk into the terminal and down to the underground. I was able to be in London 30 minutes from being in my room.

We stayed 1 night as a layover before heading back to the states. We were able to walk through the tunnel from terminal 5. We received a free upgrade. The room was wonderful. The breakfast was amazing. It was very relaxing and convenient to be able to walk back over through the bridge to terminal 5 for our flight home. I would definitely stay there again.
