Fit for purpose as an interim airport hotel and decidedly better than other offerings in the area. Spa services are excellent, would highly recommend. Check in is a bit of a roll of the dice depending on which receptionist you get. Same applies to the Transportation desk.

Best Heathrow Hotel
We always stay at this hotel if we have an early morning flight due its proximity to the terminal and the quality of the rooms. During the day though dining options are limited whereas evenings there is plenty of choice. The club room is worth considering.

Walking distance to the airport. Even though there were a lot of people checking in, reception was polite and efficient. Only the water in the shower was weak and the lift was not working, otherwise it would be a perfect stay.

Make sure to get a room away from the party area!
Usually a very good hotel that is actually on the airport terminal - unlike most hotels that claim to be airport hotels! This trip was spoilt as we were allocated a room overlooking a large function area where a wedding reception for about 600 guests was taking place. Music went on till midnight, so we only got 3 hours sleep - having to get up at 3am to catch a flight.

Convenient terminal hotel
We booked a room here as we flew into london and were flying out the next morning. Easy to find, clean. Friendly and helpful staff. room was pretty standard, big window but no view - which was fine for it's purposes of one night. We did not use any of the ammenities but were happy to have an easy place to leave our bags and go in the city and a comfortable sleep. Could not have been easier to get to our flight the next morning. Would stay again.

Unfortunately this hotel has aged poorly and is showing its age. There are almost no outlets in the rooms, including next to the bed. We also saw a mouse running around in the breakfast area and the staff didn’t seem to care when notified.
