Not a great first impression
We arrived early and asked if I could use the toilet and was told that we only had toilets in the room. I had an accident and was on crutches and asked very politely if I could use the staff ones as I'm to far away from any toilets due to breaking my leg. They still wouldn't let me. I had to knock on hotels down the street and one allowed me to use their staff toilet. I was felt to feel very embarrassed about the situation. The lady even said they were a family run business. Family run businesses usually have more compassion.

Here’s an improved version of the review: The room was extremely small, but the bed was reasonably comfortable, and the overall cleanliness was acceptable. However, there were some glaring issues. The lamps had no bulbs, leaving the room poorly lit, and there was only one hanger available for jackets, which was inconvenient. Our stay was further disrupted by a fire alarm going off in the middle of the night, which turned out to be a false alarm. Unfortunately, the staff couldn’t explain why it was triggered, and it took a while to resolve the situation. The alarm was extremely loud and made it difficult to get back to sleep, especially since we had an early flight to catch. Overall, while the basic amenities were ok, the lack of attention to detail and the disruption from the alarm left a negative impression.

Not a good place to stay 😕
Not a good place to stay. I will not recommend this. People on the front desk is not helpful at all, they always away from their desk. When it comes to cleanliness, i would rate it as 1 star. The water kettle, i ask for a new one cos it was really gross and dirty, but the guy said "it's clean" and just wash the kettle and give it back to me. The bed, it will hurt your back and your body cos it's not comfy at all, you can feel the bed springs sticking out. Overall experience is really bad.

Mostly Dirty with a few Perks.
Black mod and water damage in the corner by the window, broken outlets, missing light bulbs, cracked windows, water damage all over shower ceiling, staff only present from limited hours during day. Building is barely marked and parking is non existent for non-residents with a permit. Pros: Cheaper and close to attractions without having to pay congestion fee.

This hotel had everything we needed. Coffee in our room, shampoo and body wash. It was reasonably clean. It could’ve been a little more comfortable, but it was fine. The location was great. It was a very good value for the price. But if they put a new bed in that room, they could get $100 more per night. Beware you could be asked to climb several flights of stairs.
