Good clean place to stay at Heathrow
Clean, welcoming. Breakfast was included and was terrific. Lots of options. I also liked having a kitchenette in the room. One problem we had was that the front desk told us about a shuttle to the airport, but failed to tell us that we had to buy tickets for the shuttle and what the cost was.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast was okay. Staff were very friendly. For a "airport" hotel, it was one of the best on our trip through the UK . If you're going to T5 at Heathrow, take local bus 423, right across the street. 2 pounds charge per person

It was a very nice, comfortable, and clean room. However, the food options were not always conducive to air travel. Dinner was in the hotel next door, and the food choice and taste were basic. I couldn't take advantage of breakfast because I had to leave early.

Lovely stay!
We had a one night stay, but wished it was longer! The rooms were cute and homey. There was plenty of room and was well stocked with kitchen necessities. The breakfast had many options. The staff from check-in (Sam), to breakfast (Amanda and another lady, whose name now escapes me — maybe Sarah or Sandra?), and housekeeping, the service was wonderful! Would definitely stay again!

The Staybridge London Heathrow, Bath Road location was very nice. We stayed there the night before our departure from London after getting off a 4-hour ride on the Eurostar, so it was late, about 8:30 pm when we checked in. The check in was great, easy and the room was spacious and clean. There was a laundry, so we could clean our clothes before going back home which was nice. They also have a 24-hour hot beverage machine in the lobby area, where you can get coffee, espresso, cappuccino, etc. The restaurant is located next door in the Holiday Inn hotel and the food was great, had the seabass. Service was courteous, professional and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.
