I hardly slept - I was on the first floor. Initially there was loud music permeating fromthe ground floor below until around 2pm. Around 3 pm there were loud metalic bangs emanating from outside in the front of the hotel I think there is a storage unit below street level ag the front of the hotel where staff were stacking containers. This carried on all night from time to time. Very poor.

Great Location and Fine Hotel
Stayed there for 2 nights during our trip to London. The location is amazing for anyone who wants to do the touristy stuff in the city. The hotel was comfortable and clean. The helpdesk was really helpful.

Great value for the money. Check-in time was loosy-goosy ("sometime after 3" which was in fact not the case). Pillows were uncomfortable. But, room was a good size and clean. For the cost, would definitely recommend and would return.
