Arriving at our suite is a breeze with our keyless entry system. Whether you’re coming through the front door or from the parking lot at the back, you’ll use a unique 4-digit code to gain access to the building, and another personal code for your suite. We take your security seriously; you’ll find cameras installed outside the building and in hallways for added protection.

As our guest, you’ll enjoy full access to your suite and the shared coin laundry facilities in the building. Please note that our suite is not wheelchair-friendly. We look forward to making your stay comfortable and secure!

I live about 2 hours away, I'm available mostly by phone and I have someone in the area that can help with any in-person needs.
I'm always happy to come out in person but because of the distance, I'll need some notice and it may take me 1-2 days to come by.

➤ If you are a local resident, you must contact us before booking

➤ Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm. There are 12 suites in this building; excessive noise can affect the experience of the guests above and below. Although there is soundproofing between the floors, please be considerate to the guests above and below and do not make too much noise.

➤ No parties or events allowed

➤ No pets allowed

➤ No shoes in the house

➤ Guest must provide us with a valid ID that matches their credit card information

➤ Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival

➤ Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible

➤ NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed

➤ There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund

➤ Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We're sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them

➤ We will place a small deposit hold on your credit card the day before your arrival to cover any accidental property damage that may occur and it will be released after your check out. If we fail to capture your security deposit, your reservation will automatically be cancelled

➤ We would like to inform you that a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform's cancellation policy

➤ Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in)

➤ Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos

➤ For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera

➤ Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week

➤ If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs

➤ If you were a previous/current guest and did not respect our house rules and our property, we have the right to decline your next reservation. Thank you for understanding
