I stayed for one evening and was greeted with mould on the bathroom ceiling along with stains on the bedding

The room it self was grand, the curtains were filthy, and i mean bad. There's a big crack in bathroom sink and chip miss from mirror. We had to unplug the tv to make tea.

At the time of our visit there was no internet connection, nor food available. Both these services had been mentioned on the description of the hotel, so we feel that needs to be updated if these services are not available.

Value for money

Really good location. Easy to get in/out of central London. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. You won't get the amenities/quality of a big chain but i found it excellent value for money and would definitely go back.

Handy hotel based around a pub. I took a basement room based on cost which may have in hindsight been a mistake as all sounds and.music from the bar area lasted past midnight

Shame lovely room

Lovely room but really noisy on a Friday night karaoke I think if your on first floor forget sleeping road noise is bad aswell . Parking is on the local Morrisons so not ideal

Stayed under reception area in room 001 and heard the bar above us until 3am. It was a private event. The front desk staff member couldnt give us a time when the event would be over either -- we had an early flight the next day. Shower drain was clogged and there were stains on the towels. I wouldnt recommend this hotel.
