A quick check in and clean room provided but the room on the first floor was cold (no thermostat) and had a constant noise from an outside extractor fan. The shower was not adjustable so must be held to be used and the hairdryer only blew cold air. Breakfast was ok but hot food was not very warm. A lot to pay for a very basic amenities.

Everything you needed the hotel is in a great place to get to tubes, very clean staff were lovely easy check inn and breakfast was yummy,, will stay here again when next on a trip

Lovely clean hotel and room. Good amenities in the room, not overly big but certainly suitable for what we needed. Breakfast was great, decent choice and easy. Very polite and friendly, helpful staff. Would stay here again.

Great service and hotel room
I appreciated the water refill station as not a lot of hotels offer that. The buffet breakfast was delicious and offered many options. The hotel was highly accomodating to a room change as my girlfriend was unwell and they catered to our needs. Staff were very friendly and the room was spacious and comfortable as well as a good location
