Decent room comfy bed clean modern shower room … but the staff on reception really let the hotel down. Their minimal grasp of English just isn’t good enough for a busy hotel dealing with multiple people. I gave up trying to make the girl understand what a VAT receipt is and why I needed one !!……very poor

The room was very small ok including the bathroom. There was no ac so it was extremely uncomfortable to sleep even with an open window. Beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. Second day they only cleaned half the room for some reason. Breakfast was good. It was just very old and hallway lights didn't work all the time.

They should give you a second sheet or air conditioning. I have never been to a hotel that only provides one sheet per bed. Bottom sheet and top sheet is standard.

One week - 3 rooms - Family Stay
Our stay at President Hotel was great. the staff were very friendly, and the Hotel location is excellent. 2 minutes from the Underground station and few coffee shops within walking distance. The only complain we have is the lack of air-condition, since we visited during the summer, however, there was a tabletop fan available in all our rooms. in all, it was a pleasant experience, and we will definitely book this hotel for our future stays. 2 of our rooms were interconnected as we requested.

Stayed recently for 8 days and had a fabulous experience Hotel close to all travel amenities , staff very helpful, room itself was lovely a refurbished room , our room was to the front of the building yes noisy but we loved watching the hustle and bustle of London we will definitely use again and recommend.

Excellent location!
Friendly staff and easy check-in process. The hotel was extremely well located for our needs (close enough to Kings Cross station). The only con I have is that the walls were a bit thin, in that you could hear sound from the hallways very clearly.

Very good hotel
All good. Very clean , helpful and great staff. All I would add , we were woken early due to scaffolding going up next door . Can’t blame the hotel if they don’t know, so something to be aware of ,as this is part of a long project .

Hotel was in a good location for attractions and getting about. Bed was a bit small if I’m honest, rooms were clean and well serviced by the staff. Biggest let down was catching a bag thief in the act of trying to lift my wife’s bag at breakfast, felt that the hotel could have done more to help as it was stressful at the time.

Room was nice, good quality and clean and comfortable only problem was the noise from the kitchen air units outside of the window. Ok for 1 night but not sure I would want to stay longer due to the noise.
