Room walls very thin and noisy
Walls were too thin a no insulation to reduce noise, room next door making too much noise at 2am. I knocked on walls, shouted for them to be quiet, tried to call reception to no avail

Very comfortable stay and central to everywhere - staff were so friendly and rooms were cleaned daily if you wished - rooms were comfortable and modern, would 100 per cent return.

Room was clean and enough for a couple of nights. We had a twin room bed was comfy. Bathroom is small but shower space is good. Very difficult to face wash in tbe sink as its small and tap sticks out to far. The bar is nice and a good last stop. Location is ideal to travel from. Staff were lovely. Would definitely stay again.

Our room was a three single bed option, we opted for non smoking. It reaked of cigarette smoke smell, there were two separate valves for hot and cold water in the sink (that barely functioned) the bidet also didn’t work properly and the power outlet ended up closing my hair dryer. Wouldn’t return but it was a central location. English breakfast was also limited and lackluster, not worth the extra £15.

Good budget hotel
Keenly priced room but my wife and daughter have stayed on separate occasions and had a better room. The double bed was pushed up against the wall which made it feel a bit cramped. But the location for getting around London was excellent. The breakfast room is huge and well organised with plenty of staff to guide you to your table. I would happily stay here again

The location was one of the things we loved about this hotel, close to the British museum, St Pancreas and for Us to some clubs to go at night (walkable) The room was clean and nice with a view to the little plaza inside de hotel.. the only thing I didn't like about this hotel is that it doesn't have a Safe to put your important documents or money.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a very busy hotel but efficient and clean and as a woman with 2 daughters I felt very safe in this location. We were on the 1st floor facing towards the main road so it was quite noisy but not unexpected
