The Tower was a beautiful hotel with an excellent view of the London bridge. The location was very convenient with a lot of things to do around.

The property was in a great location but there was a dirty bandaid on the bath on arrival and no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom Concierge staff excellent as I left an item in the taxi on arrival and they were most helpful trying to retrieve it for me

Noisy drilling all day. We should have been told at checikin that there was construction going on. Very annoying. Given wrong room at check in. Had to move. At check in we were told there was pop, coffee, tea that would be free and put in our fridge every day. On at least 3 days nothing was put in the fridge.

Hotel is in excellent location, Staff was friendly and helpful, several dining options with in a short walk, not far from Tower Hill Tube Station, Hotel is dated but nice, area felt safe Bad: Was not quite lots of foot traffic noise, several pubs near by and lots of loud pub crawlers....But all in all i would recommend Tower Hotel and stay there again.

Wonderful stay at the Tower hotel. Our river view room was perfect and looked like the website pictures, the staff were professional, friendly, and accommodating with directions. The location is fantastic with easy walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and the tube. I would highly recommend this hotel and a very good value for money, and we will stay there again. Thank you

Long story short since it would be too much to type. Hotel gave away our room the night we arrived because our flight was late- it took 45 min and 2 rooms before we could go up. Once in our actual room-they put us in a temp “better room” that hair hair balls the first night- we discovered you couldn’t control the room temp, they turn off A/C & keep the heat on permanently. After addressing 3 times with staff and begging for A/C that wasn’t a portable unit(didn’t work) we switched hotels in the middle of the night after 1 night it was that bad. We even heard ppl from England complain it was too hot, we told management this as well & said if people are paying good money to stay here they should be able to control their room temp. It was October and 65 outside. They tried to tell me this is advertised on their page-it’s not. Between them giving away our room, making us wait 45 min with no reason why and the room situation we cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The view is good if you pay for it but that is it.

Room was very dark and warm. For an executive room it was not worth the money lacking a view of the tower and furniture was in need of either changing or refurbishing disappointed stay overall
