Overall very average hotel. The elevator service is not adequate to handle the traffic and it’s routine to have to wait multiple elevators to get up and down to your floor.

When I arrive to check in, the front desk man never offert breakfast or anything else fpr the hotel. Just chek in and tell me wich number is my room. When I arrive to my room is not what I reserved, the room is big but with no view to the tower bridge. I DONT HAVE TIME TO ASK FOR CHANGEs. I have reservations to go on time. When they clean the room never refill the coffe or change my cup for coffe I used the first day. The trash can dont have bags and when I get back to the room the trash can was on the middle the hallway like if you throwing the can. When I get to take the bath the handle is completed off and the soap holder is just hanging. The door when you close you need make sure your hand is out of the door. The door close like someone throwing the door so hard. For the hotel I pay I think I can have better experience. (I dont have time to switch or ask to change the room I letf super early and get back late. Tired to be ready for next day) Beautiful view outside the hotel and the lobby.

Good location. Quiet and really comfortable bed so had a good sleep. Hotel entrance really nice but my room quite dated with over bath shower and portable heater instead of air con/heating which I prefer. Staff were all very welcoming but probably would stick to my usual hotel next time.

Only real good thing this hotel has going for it is it’s location. It is very close to the tower bridge and Tower of London. Other than that a disappointment for the price we paid. Hotel is showing its age and is due for some upgrades in its rooms. Our bathroom had major leaks in the shower piping which I informed a maintenance person about the first day of our 4 night stay. Never repaired or looked at the entire time we were there. TV kept turning itself off which they finally fixed on the third day with a simple firmware update. And let’s talk elevator’s. Only 2 of the 4 elevators were functioning the entire time we were there. Morning during breakfast and checkout time you would wait 5-10 minutes and when one did finally come it was full. There are other properties in the area I would check out on our next trip. Almost seems this hotel is too big for its management team.

The property is a little run down, the rooms are not cleaned properly so we got sick during our stay. The security team are excellent and helped me with an issue that I had. The staff is great except the guy in concierge which didn’t want to help me out and had a terrible attitude. Overall this was a good hotel and was in walking distance to many restaurants .

Room looked very tired, I experienced a number of issues, water damage to the woodwork in the bathroom, loose toilet seat, heated towel rail broken so bathroom felt very cold. Window curtain hooks detached so couldn't close the curtain properly, heating not working in the room, not good for the end of November, right next to the River Thames, I had a small oil heater which didnt really work very well, as room still felt pretty cold. It really wasn't worth the money I paid. I won't be staying there again.

Amazing location, noisy ventilation
Fantastic location with views of Tower Bridge at the front. Walk over the bridge for a great Christmas market. Unfortunately, ventilation system in room 172 was extremely loud in the night, even with air con switched off. Kept me awake and I’m used to sleeping in a city centre. Over bath shower was a little weak but there is a very strong handheld shower as well. Bar restaurant was okay but a limited range of ales.

We loved the place.
The hotel is beautiful. Housecleaning was great. We stopped back at the room to reorganize. House keeping knocked, we answered said we did not need the bed made so she gave us new towels and freshen up the bath room. When we cam back that night, she had returned a made the bed for us. We were touched by her dedication to her hotel. Are only complain would be the lightning in the room could be brighter.

Clean and very helpful staff. Rooms ckean and tidy, bed comfortable. Breakfast great choice and always plenty. Only thong sometimes having to wait for the lifts depending which way you going, otherwise would definately recommens staying here.
