This was a great place to stay, easy to find, check in was flawless the room was a premium studio pad so very clean tidy and everything was functional. The bed was amazing and we really cannot fault this place we will most definitely be back.

Newly-built hotel with nice room amenities, including coffee pods, nice lighting and comfortable beds. It's really quiet, which made for a good night's sleep. It's far from central London, but quite close to the tube, bus station and Stratford international. It was a great fit for me as I'm constantly traveling to Stratford for work. Also, the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this, especially for work trips.

Alot better then I expected it too be, my son loved the smart bed, all staff were extra friendly and down to earth, clean staff cleaned daily, bathroom and toiletries were lovely and handy so you didn't to bring your own, Only thing with is a minor fridge isn't very cold but done the job, Aslong as price don't go to silly this will definitely be our new hotel to stay in when visiting London as good location too

The property relatively okay it was clean, what made me upset was the fact complementary coffee pods come with the room, I have booked the room for a week, over 980.00 Pound, The next morning after the maid had cleaned the room I noticed that she did not put a coffee pot back into the coffee pot holder for another cup of coffee, I then walked and talked to the front desk downstairs, which the response to me was that is only complimentary for your first day If you like more pies you would have to purchase them, what I said that if I am staying for a week and spent $980 pound on the rooms then every day you should still have the same experience as the very first day everyday ,was the same in price so you should still get one pod for a cup of coffee, a then told me that's again you need to purchase it, I replied so for me to get the same experience every day even though I'm staying here a week spent all this money I need to check out of the room every single day and check back in to get the free pod for coffee, they cannot answer my question. Another thing that bothered me was the service was not friendly most of the time when the males were on duty is standing outside or when you walk in they would not greet you say hello to you they were just stare at you as you went to the elevator, therefore I will not recommend this property to my friends or my business associates partners recommending this property, overall experience felt like unwelcome

Great location and very new property with a great team on site. Rooms had enough space and the kitchen was a bonus. Only issues were poorly designed shower, with very difficult access and electronic lighting controls, that kept turning the lights on in the middle of the night (sometimes 3 or 4 times). Happened in both rooms. Couldn't recommend until they get it sorted out.

You will not regret booking
Wece hever tlstayed inna yotelpad before and i can honestly say we will be returning. We phined upca few days before with a couple of questions and the gentleman was so kind on the phone even though they were simple questions. On arrival,we were immediately greeting and helped with our suitcase as we were storing it at the hotel,it was so easy and officiant. When we returned to hotel for the evenimg,we were again greeted and showed how to check in,which was so easy and quick. Our room,was incredible and just what we needed. The bed,was so comfy. All the facilities we needed were there with rhe added bonus of a toaster and microwave. I generally cant put into words how kuch we enjoyed our stay,from when we firsr walked through the door to when we left.
