Great little place
This was just a quick stop for one night. They were very accomidating since i had broken my ankle a few days before our stay. Our room was to be on the 2nd floor but they didnt have an elevator and they had a smaller room downstairs that isnt used much bc the ac makes a loud noise. I was shown the room and its quirks and aware and agreed to them before staying. With it being a room not used much it did have a couple of little bugs, but that was it. The staff was very friendly, even the gray haired woman that ive seen in the previous reviews. Our stay was great. I do wish i had known about the deposit and no elevator, but these days its good to assume there will be a depsoit, and like i said, they accomidated us with no problem at all. The place has been remodled but it is older and older buildings have quirks. There was nothing at all that i would complain about or that would keep me feom staying here again.

I did not stay nor did I check in they said I checked in I was in the lobby the whole time on my oxegen machine the hotel had the police to come to tell Me to leave the hotel I did nothing wrong or did not check in was not in a room was only sitting in the lobby with my oxegen and was told my reservation had been canceled

For a one night stay this was a really nice option. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were so soft. Room was a little smaller than we expected but it worked.

Everything was great. Room was clean, staff was super friendly, breakfast was good. The only complaint I had is there was absolutely NO Mention of a $40 deposit hold for all rooms in any of their listings.

This property had everything we needed for a quick stay. The front desk employees were kind and helpful! The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom needed some work done. The toilet wasn’t secure to the ground. The counter had a piece of the covering missing, and the floors were not thoroughly cleaned (hair around baseboards and stains on door frame). We also found a couple of dead bugs in the corners of the room. The breakfast was great for kids and the pool was large, well lit, and clean. The pool chairs definitely need cleaning, though. They were mostly brown instead of white. We would consider this hotel if we were in the area again.

Everything was acceptable and fine for an overnight stop except breakfast. The scrambled eggs were little round patties that were rubbery and lukewarm. The sausage was the same. And the coffee was weak.

The only reason I did not give this hotel a 5 star all around was because of the night check in representative. When we first walked into the lobby, the short haired gray headed lady did not acknowledge our presence until it was time for us to check in. However, the couples who came in behind us, she did acknowledge while checking us in. She specifically told me one room number but wrote another one on the key card. After going to the room number she gave us, someone was already in it and we looked at the card holder and the number was the room beside it. While trying to settle in, this same lady came to the room and said “people are trying to sleep.”, yet our whole stay people was noisy the entire time. Housekeeping came in and got the dirty towels and also took my personal towel but did not put new tissue in the bathroom. Bummer because I had to go out and buy tissue for our stay. I frequent Longview a lot and this was our first time staying at this hotel and as much as I would like to come back, that night representative was enough to make me choose to go with another location. The location is good and the rooms are clean though.
