"Ein tolles und gemütliches Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr höflich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Da alle die Schuhe am Eingang ausziehen (Geflogenheit in Longyearbean) ist es wie zu Hause und trägt zur ruhigen Stimmung bei.
Unsere Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet und es hat an nicht gefehlt. Die Fußbodenheizung im Badezimmer fanden wir sehr angenehm.
Schön ist die Lobby mit Kamin, die wir ein Wohnzimmer ist. "
